The Suburban Garden Club of Cheshire offers scholarships to Cheshire residents who are enrolled at an accredited college or agricultural school with a declared major in a plant related science (e.g., horticulture, plant science, environmental science or related fields).
Academic performance, character, financial need and enthusiasm for the chosen field of study will be the factors weighed in determining recipient(s).
Members of the Suburban Garden Club of Cheshire and offspring may not apply as Section 501C of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code states that tax exempt organizations may not financially benefit from the organization.
